PSM not Connecting to Dolev800

We moved to a new location and now when I try to configure the Dolev800, I get an error " 5424- No serial number on plotter ", I did all the diagnostics on the Mac (VSLI Card) and all are ok, any suggestions will be greatly welcome.

Exit PSM

NVM/NVM CRI/Factory Tables/Plotter Describtion
Enter a serial number like 1234
Save & Exit

Start PSM

And try to connect again.
