Is it just me, or are others getting very delayed responses from the Kodak forums? Several days in some cases.

Thanks,
Eric

I don't get very many in the first place but I have noticed a few recently that were several days old.

For some reason the site would not take my password. I had to request my login details... didn't get it until 2 a.m. the following day. Followed the link in there to reset my password... didn't get the new reset password until 2 a.m. the following day. Something is wacky with delayed emails coming out of vBulletin...

I am still seeing several days delay between a posting and recipt of the notice. It looks like it is a problem with one of Kodak's mail servers. Here is a header from one that was sent out by vBulletin on March 9th that I just got this morning.

I don't know what most of this means but it looks like it was sitting on some server for 4 days.

When is Kodak going to fix its mail server?

I lost my password last week and it took 2 days to get a new one. I hit the link to reset the password and the message was sent on 8/2 at 11:04 am. I didn't get the message until 8/3 at 3:27 pm. Then I followed the link in that email when I got in the next morning and the message with the new password was sent on 8/3 at 9:46 am. I didn't get it until 8/4 at 4:24 am.

And of course the message that said you replied to my post only took 2 minutes to get to me.

I haven't been on the forum for a month and a half (been incredibly busy). I do have the thread subscriptions set up to email me when there are new posts in any threads I've posted in (as well as new threads in the Prinergy forum, whether I've posted in them or not).

I've seen maybe 10-12 emails in a month and a half. Logging into the site I can clearly see that there's been more than this. I do not understand how/why Kodak's email servers can be so... broken (I run/manage my own mailserver, I know nothing's changed on that side that would cause messages to be rejected)...
