I was wondering how many of you are telling spread pages not to shove in. We do many magazines and need to shove in the pages. When we have a spread we duplicate the template and tell it not to shove in the spread pages. We can then shove in the pages as normal. Sometimes the number of templates gets insane.

An easier way would be that preps would have a check box that you could check if the page was not to be included in the shingling.

We use a Preps template with no feathering and then manually feather the pages in Prinergy.

We do it the opposite way - shingle the template, and then 'unshingle' the spread pages. We have an excel spreadhseet that handles the Prinergy offset calculations.
