We have used OPI successfully before, but not often. Today we are getting errors at our Harlequin RIPs when we try to process these files. We see the Hi-res replacement taking place in the Preps status window, and the resulting postscript file is the right size to contain the high res images, but when we try to RIP these files, we get the error:

%%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: get; Key: Info; Value: CoreDistVersion; File: %Xitron RIP 60GB HD%/Spool Folder/Holding Pen/67984 OPI Test_inRIP.ps ]%%
%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end of file) will be ignored ]%%
Job Not Completed: 67984 OPI Test_inRIP.ps

We have tried both host-based and in-RIP postscript with the same error.
If we turn off OPI in Preps, the postscript RIPs fine, but we are getting the low-res file (as expected). The source postscript is Quark 7.3 which has been pretty good so far, but this is the first time I've tried OPI with it.

What is the "get; Key" error about?

Anybody using Preps Pro 5.2 with OPI success?
