Where is the actual list of events, talks, classes, etc? Some of us might want to know this before we register.

Thanks,

Thanks for the Reg info. Now I can get to the boss and beg/plead/and grovel to go. Missed last years and was really bummed, specially since we had just installed Prinergy from Brisque.

Maybe I'm on drugs, but it looks like if someone goes to the main gua page:

https://ecentral.creo.com/cua/

there no actual link that will take them from there to:

http://www.conference.mygua.org/

which is the registration site that you put in your original post.

I actually got a very positive tentative okay to go, with only what's listed right now. I was surprised. But I do need to know about Spouse fee and activities. And, how far will the hotel honor the rate? Will they honor it on the 18th?

registration page is now acessable form the ecentral page.

As far as evening activities..Judy is still hard at work on them so I have no info on that... I think spouce rate is listed on the reg page...

I don't see it... unless you have to go all the way through the registration process to get to it.

Ok. the price is posted... $385.
(now I just got to find out what the events are to see if it's worth it).

That is the spouce/companion price I think. The actual proce is listed later on in the regi process.

This will be fixed in 4.0.2.3j :)

I registered on January 22nd and had no trouble other that the hotel info was not very clear, but I went back yeterday to update some of the info and then I found out more info on the hotel.

But for you all there, do you know if once I check in will they charge the same credit card in file (the one I used to reserve the room) or they'll ask for a new credit card?

Is very important for me to know.
Thanks

You can always change the cc on file as far as the hotel is considered!

Yup you can change the credit card. I had to in Vancouver. I didn't know that my employer had to sign a form authorizing me to use his credit card. So I gave them mine, then my employer faxed a sheet over and they switched it to his. No charges showed up on my card.

All new recruits to the conference should be given this information.

Do we know yet what dates our rate is available for? I'm planning on staying the full week.
