PSM 8 upgrade to 8.1

Does anyone know the cost of upgrading to 8.1? What is the difference between 8 & 8.1?

For the cost you need to check with your sales rep or the RC.



PSM 8.1 runs on OSX 10.4.x while 8.0 does not .

New features include:

• PS/M version 8.1 has new RIP capabilities which significantly improve
PDF and PostScript® RIP functionality and performance.
• The new CPSI 3015 provides full RIP support of PDF1.4 format, and
internal support for embedded Far East fonts (CID fonts) in PDF files.
• Improved PDF2Go which supports PDF/X-1a:2001.

+Other improved fetures and bugs fixes.
