LayoutPlot_Set Illegal Raster Message

Need Help!
I am trying to send a job to a Dolev 450 from PS/M 6.1.
I have ripped the job and I am sending it to the plotter when I get the message "LayoutPlot_Set Illegal Raster".
What do I need to do?

Its been years since we used PSM, but that sounds like resolution of file and hot folder don't match.

Things to Try:
1) Restart Both Computer and Dolev. Check the physical connections.
2) Re-RIP the job and send it to the Dolev.
3) Check Preview after RIP to see if the job appears to be correct.
4) RIP and expose a standard job (Curve Test.ps, under "For remote users") to check if problem is file related.
5) Use a different resolution for RIP and expose of the job.

PLease note, PS/M v6.1 has a PostScript L2 RIP only. In general, I would recommend to upgrade to PostScript L3 which is available in PS/M v7.1 for MacOS9, or v8.1 for MacOSX.
