Hi all,
When we process a job and print it, we get a screen during printing saying it misses the Helvetica font.
Does anybody know where to look to solve this little matter?
Thanks.

Assuming that Helvetica is embedded where necessary in the .eps files in the run list you can try to add it to Preps. In Preferences click on the Font Processing tab and then the Font Setup button. In Font Setup click on the Font Locations button which will allow you to browse to the Helvetica font of your choice, after you add the location click the Scan Fonts button to add it to the Font Setup. Helvetica should be a built-in font but you may be able to solve the issue by adding another version of it to the Font Setup.

I use a strictly PDF-PDF workflow which doesn't use Font Processing, but still get that message. Preps uses Helv as default font if I am not mistaken and it always appears correctly even with the warning. If using a postscript workflow I would suggest pointing to Helv in your system as default in Font Processing.
