angles problem PS/M 8 Dolev 800

Hi

I'm user of PS/M 8 with a Dolev 800 and i have big doubt, when i try to change the set of the angles it seems accept the new set of angles.
but when i make an expose of some file it doesn't respect the angles previously set, and worst it won't give the angles it suppose to be.
For example the configurations for that screen set are the next

Angle: "Others"
and the angles for each separations are: Cyan 7.5 Magenta 37.5 Yellow 82.5 Black 67.5

and the final result is Cyan 0 Magenta 30 Yellow 15 Black 60

I've tried everything and nothing seems to work, i can't make it accept those angles and i really need them for Flexo Printing.

I hope, you the experts can help me!

Are you editing an existing screen set and simply saving over it? If so, I would try doing a Save As... to give the set a new name.

i've created a complete new set, and even i made an expose with a default set where the cyan it supose to be at 112.5 and the result it sems to be 67.5.
it's something really weird

Hmmm, that is weird. The only thing I can think of is are you setting your destination (when first RIPping the file) as Disk Ready to Expose? This will tag the file with linescreen settings so that when you are ready to expose film it already knows the linescreen settings you want. You would still be able to change it last minute, though, so who knows?
