Error 5230 PS/M 8 Dolev 800

Hi to all
i have a big problem here with a Dolev 800 with PS/M 8 Rip when i try to expose any file, i get the error 5230 and i can't expose nothing i've try everything and nothing work.
somebody please help with this.

The definition is - Dolev800 does not pull data from the PS/M
Usually some kind of cable problem.
Suggestions:
-Check cable connectors pins on both sides e.g. TSP-Plotter
-Try to replace cable between TSP and plotter.
-Check boards diagnostics
-Check that TSP is well inserted into the slot on Mac
-try to switch TSP board slot.
-Try to replace TSP board on PS/M

i live in La Paz Bolivia and here is very dificult to find spare parts.
how may i get the original TSP board from Creo?
because i need to buy it
