Mac Preps v5.2 losing print defaults

I am using Mac Preps v5.2 on a dual Processor G5.

This happened after the upgrade to 5.2---

A few times a day my print defaults will disappear---my color separation under imaging options will switch from host based to none. I also get a warning that there are no active printers available.

Any suggestions to stiop this from occuring?

Greg,

Could it be that you are switching "Profiles"? Some of the print settings are stored in the .cfg file, and if you switch Profiles, it could give you different defaults in the Print Window.

My printer information changes on me sometimes. I have a set default printer for Preps. I print directly to the Brisque. It comes up wrong, but if I change my printer to none and then change right back to my default, then it reads right.
