Because of my Preps issues, Kodak installed a temporary version of Evo to assign my Preps license. It was installed under a different Windows "user" then what I usually log in to. Other people sometimes use this computer to surf the net, but they kept logging into the wrong user, so after checking with Kodak, I deleted it. Now I can't launch Evo because apparently data critical to launching Evo was assigned to that user. NONE of my contacts at Kodak are responding to email, and I can't get in to Preps. It's a windows Evo user issue. Anyone know how to fix this?
