proofer software 3.1 for matchprint

Can anyone tell me where I can download the installer for Proofer software 3.1 for matchprint. I have been using the software for some time with no problem. This past week it stopped working on my PC.

Normally the installer is posted on eCentral in the self support downloads section.
I looked today and there are some updates available for that version for download assuming you have a good base to start with.

Have you tried to use your back up to get back to a good state
