Since two days, i a unable to open a new call or view/update a call on Ecentral
I have always the database error messsage.

does anyone the same experience with this ?

I was able to open a call yesterday afternoon in ecentral no problem. 4:00 pm central time.

Perhaps it's just the european part....

This was a problem that was effecting only European customers. The good news is that it is now fixed. If there are any further problems feel free to post another message or contact me directly.

I send e-mails to eCentral@creo.com to request to modify my account TWICE, but no reply.
Is there anyone out there to look at eCentral e-mails or Kodak has no one available to read e-mails.
