Custom reg marks-color bars

Can you make custom marks in Illustrator? Or get them somewhere?
Our press operators prefer a reg mark I made for PressWise, however this same file doesn't consistently appear on all plates.
Custom color bars don't work at all. Thanks!

You can create custom marks in any application that can create a vector .eps file, even Corel!Draw I suppose ;-)
