Ganging 31 lots Preps 5.3.3

I am trying to gang a lot of 31 with different quantities. Preps is ganging them on one press run with tons of paper waste.

So my question.

Is there anyway to have preps gang the lots with less paper waste?
Running on 19x25 stock with quantities ranging from 28,000 to 210,000.

Have you checked out the Preps Ganging application and GettingStarted.pdf sitting inside your Preps 5.3.3 folder?

Yes, I also checked the preferences to make sure the multiply sheets was checked on.

I just figured it out.
