Losing stock library in preps 6

For some reason, I keep losing my stock library . It will usually happen when I'm either editing a stock or adding a new size. I will right click on the stock size and poof!! the whole library disappears. Is there a way to re-instate it, is it lurking in some invisible folder?

Hey meridian,
The stock library is kept as an XML file named sheets.xml found inside the Preps\Printers folder on your desktop. Are you using Preps by itself? or with Prinergy? If you are launching Preps through Prinergy Workshop, you will find the sheets.xml on the Prinergy server\AraxiPreps\Printers\

I did find it & replaced. I am launching Preps through Prinergy. Can you think of a reason why the library disappears when editing a sheet size? Is this something common or specific to me? Should I put a call into Kodak?

I really can't say why that's happening, does the stock library come back after restarting Preps? it definitely will not hurt to open a call for this

Not by just restarting... now that I know about the .xml I can just replace it. I'll have our IT Guy put in a call. Thanx

Whenever I update Preps, even after copying and replacing the .xml file, upon opening an existing template, Preps tells me that the stock is not on the list, and then adds an amended 25 x 19_1 to the stock list, even though there is already a 25 x 19 on the list.
