Exporting ICC profile from CF

We found out, that the Export ICC profile from ColorFlow made always ICC version 4 instead of version 2 what we set in the Preferences. Version 4 make the some kind of modification ICC during Export PDF from InDesign. How to create ICC profile v2 from ColorFlow?

Mac OsX 10.6.8 and 10.7.4

What problems does this cause in InDesign?

During Export to PDF, InDesign made the Modification of used V4 ICC profile. From InDesign we got the Message that some sort of ICC profile modification happened out there. When we checked the PDF file through the PitStop Image Matching we can see that the image use Modified ICC profile which give a slightly different values.
